Meghalaya Public Service Commission (PSC) has issued notification for the recruitment of 34 Meghalaya Police Service under Home (Police) Department Posts. Eligible candidates may apply for the post through online or offline mode on or before 15-05-2013. Total Number of Vacancies: 34 Posts
Names of Posts: Meghalaya Police Service under Home (Police) Department.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 Years and Maximum 27 Years.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Degree from any recognized University by the Government of Meghalaya.
Application Fee:Candidates should download the Challan form & pay application fee of Rs.460/- . SC/ST candidates should pay half the amount of fee.
Selection Process:Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Written Test/Personal Interview.

Candidates need to download application format from www.mpsc.nic.in or can be obtained from Office Counter of MPSC, Office Headquarter, Shillong or MPSC Cell at Tura, Nongstoin, Jowal, Baghmara & Williamnagar, fill it with all mandatory details, attach photograph, attest signature& one window envelope cover with Rs.5/- affixed stamp and send it through Registered Post along with challan and Copies of all relevant certificates, to Office Counter of MPSC, Office Headquarter, Shillong and MPSC Cell at Tura, Nongstoin, Jowal, Baghmara & Williamnagar for Offline mode. For online mode candidates can apply online through the website www.mpsc.nic.in and submit the online application on or before 15-05-2013.
