Staff selection commission has been established in order to recruit staff for various posts that are released from time to time in various ministries and departments of government of India. The commission is attached to the office of the Department of Personnel and Training that comprises of a chairman, 2 members and secretary who also acts as controller of examinations. The main aim of the commission is to recruit eligible candidates into group B or group C categories into different departments of government of India. Staff selection commission, previously known as Subordinate Services Commission was established in the year 1975 to recruit personal into the lower cadre posts.

Education Qualification: Candidates must possess graduate degree in any discipline with valid driving licence.
Age Limit:Minimum 18 Years and Maximum 25 Years.

Offline:Candidates can send their application as per format given below “Or” downloadable from the predefined SSC website. Fill it in own handwriting and send to the concerned address as per mentioned in advertisement.
Selection Procedure:The selection of applicants will be by giving positive performance in physical endurance test, medical test followed by personal interview and personality test.
