Passing any of the UPSC examinations is significant in getting a safe civil job in India. These can be taken after 10 + 2 and some are taking any of these after graduation. Geologists Examination is another type of examination that is being given for applicants interested in two category positions. The Junior Geologist, Group A and Assistant Geologist, Group B for Geological Survey of India is the first category positions. The second category is waiting at the Central Ground Water Board with two positions namely: Jr. Hydrogeologist Group and Asst. Hydrogeologist Group B.
Other UPSC Examinations include Special Class Railway Apprentice Examination, National Defense Academy Examination, Combined Defense Services Examination and Combined Medical Services Examination. Applicants may take any of these examinations depending to the type of job and position he wants.
