Kedarnath Temple Information:

Giriraj is situated on the top of the Himalayas Kedar, in the twelve Jyotirlingas of the country, the highest is Kedareshwar Jyotirlinga. Kedarnath Dham and temple surrounded by mountains on three sides. On one side is Kedarnath, about 22 thousand feet high, on the other side is 21 thousand 600 feet high cost and on the other side is 22 thousand 700 feet Bharatkund. There are not only three mountains but also the confluence of five rivers – Mandakini, Madhiganga, Kshiriganga, Saraswati and Swarnagauri. Some of these rivers no longer exist but Arakananda’s assistant Mandakini is still present today. Beside this there’s Kedarnath Temple.
