RPF and RPSF Examination

RPF Sub-Inspectors and Constables Exam and RPSF Constables:

Any aspiring person in India, and is a legal citizen of India, who wants to become either an RPF Sub-Inspector or an RPSF Constable in the future must know that they will have to take a very specific examination test before they can reach their ultimate goal of finally reaching their desired career. This exam is known as the RPF Sub-Inspectors/Constables Exam and RPSF Constables. However, you will have to meet some requirements for this.

First of all, the Railway Protection Force or RPF is inviting unmarried Indian male applicants for the positions of Sub-Inspector as well as Constable. To take the RPF Sub-Inspectors/Constables Exam and RPSF Constables, the male Indian applicant must meet the age limit of only twenty to twenty five years old for Sub-Inspectors and for the Constables, the applicant must be eighteen up to twenty five years of age.

Also in order to take both the RPF Sub-Inspectors/Constables Exam and RPSF Constables, the applicant must wield a Bachelor’s Degree or graduated on any similar course from a state recognized university for those reaching the Executive Branch. For those who wish to be part of the Fire Service Branch, they must finish Higher Secondary or Intermediate with Science. A Sub Officers Course or a similar diploma in Fire Fighting or Science is required. Physical requirements for height require a minimum height of at least 165 cm. Chest must only be 80 cm while the weight of the applicant must only be 48 kg for ST and 50 kg for SC.

The RPF Sub-Inspectors/Constables Exam and RPSF Constables will have a Preliminary Efficiency Test and a Written Test whose questions may vary on the branch you will apply for. All tests are different from each other depending on the position the applicant is aspiring to get. A little tip for you if you decide to take this test in the future, you better sharpens up your English as there will be a whole lot questions within the test that will be asked and has to be answered in the English language. You must also be ready to make a few essays and be aware of India’s current events. This just proves that studying will be the only easy way to pass these test that will be the key for your future as a part of the RPF.
